How can I update my account contract details? (Billing address, account holder, etc.)

How can I change the contract details of my CloudPit account?

In CloudPit, you can only change the billing address. To do this, log in to your customer account and click on [MY CLOUDPIT] at the top right to access the management overview.

Then, in the left menu, select [CONTRACT DETAILS]. On the right side, you can now adjust the billing address.

For changes to the account holder, we require a signed form. There are two options:

Contract Transfer Form

  • Private customer account is transferred from one person to another
  • Business customer account is transferred to another company

Master Data Change Form

  • for a business customer account, the contact person changes
  • for a business customer account, the company type changes

How can I change the contract details of my easyname Controlpanel?

Log in to the relevant customer account.

Click on Account (1) in the menu on the left. You can change the account type on the right in the Account Type (2) section.

If you switch from a private to a business account, you will be asked for the company name and the company's VAT ID.

You can change existing contract details (e.g., name, company name) in the submenu [Billing Address]. There you can also enter an alternative email address for invoice delivery.
