The support PIN serves for
identification and authentication when contacting our customer service. It ensures that only authorized persons can make changes to your account or receive confidential information.
Without the support PIN, we cannot provide any information about your contract or your services for security reasons.
Find the support PIN in Cloudpit
- Log in to Cloudpit and navigate to the menu in the upper right corner and select "Overview".
- Navigate to the left side menu item "Phone PIN"
- Set your phone PIN and then click the button "Set PIN"
With this, you have set your PIN and can identify yourself during telephone inquiries with Customer Service.
Find the support PIN in the Control Panel
- After logging into the Control Panel, click the button "Show support PIN" at the top of the screen
- The application generates a random 6-digit number and displays it to you
The displayed support PIN is valid for 24 hours. Afterwards, a new support PIN must be generated.
