The Support PIN is used for
identification and authentication when contacting our customer service. It ensures that only authorized persons can make changes to your account or receive confidential information.
For security reasons, we cannot provide any information about your contract or services without the Support PIN.
Finding the Support PIN in Cloudpit
- Log in to Cloudpit and navigate to the menu in the top right corner and select "Overview".
- Navigate to the "Phone PIN" menu item on the left side
- Set your phone PIN and then click the "Set PIN" button
You have now set your PIN and can identify yourself to Customer Service when calling with inquiries.
Finding the Support PIN in the Control Panel
- After logging into the Control Panel, click the "Show Support PIN" button at the top of the screen
- The application generates a random 6-digit number and displays it to you
The displayed Support PIN is valid for 24 hours. After that, a new Support PIN must be generated.
