After being fobbed off by another Austrian provider following hours of phone calls and incorrect information because I wanted to set up an SSL certificate for an external subdomain, I decided to switch to easyname. We switched from adino to easyname because the storage for email addresses was full and an upgrade wasn’t possible. Now we’re paying just a third of the annual cost. Moving to the new server wasn’t entirely straightforward for us, as we use Apple Mail on all our devices. Vincent supported me via email with his expertise; he was very patient, always friendly and really did everything he could to ensure that it worked on all devices in the end.
