Then CloudPit is the system for you.
Is your customer number below 500,000?
If so, the Control Panel is your system.
You can find your customer number in your welcome email and on every invoice.
First, check that you’ve selected the correct system – this is determined by your customer number (over 500,000 = CloudPit, below that = Control Panel). If the system is correct but it still isn’t working, reset your password using the ‘Forgotten password’ option. If that doesn’t help, our support team will be happy to assist you.

In both systems, you manage the same things – your domains, your web hosting and your email accounts. You can tell which one is yours by your customer number: if it’s over 500,000, you’re using CloudPit, including the control panel.
