To delete your Cloudpit account, please send us an email with a copy of the account holder's ID to billing@easyname.com. We will then deactivate your customer account, and your data will be deleted in accordance with legal retention periods.
Please note that the customer account can only be deleted if there are no active products. If there are active products, you can cancel them either directly from CloudPit or by using a cancellation form.
