What are the notice periods and where can I find them?

Where can I find the notice periods in my Cloudpit account?

In Cloudpit, you can find the notice periods for each product in the contract overview. You can find the contract overview in your Cloudpit account under "Mein Cloudpit"(1) and the submenu item "Vertragsübersicht"(2)

In the contract overview, click on "Aktionen"(1) and then "Vertrag kündigen"(2) for the contract whose notice period you want to view.

In the following menu, you will see all term data for the affected contract.

Where can I find the notice periods in my easyname Control Panel?

First, it is important to mention that not all products in the easyname Control Panel have notice periods. Hosting packages and VPS products can be cancelled at any time. Here is a brief explanation of how you can view the notice periods for the Website Builder and domains:

Where can I find the domain notice periods in the easyname Control Panel?

To view the notice period for one of your domains, click on "Domains"(1) in the left menu of your Control Panel and then on "Verwalten"(2) to access the management overview of the domain.

In the following menu, under "Verlängerung" you will find all relevant term data for the affected domain, including the notice period.

Where can I find the Website Builder notice periods in the easyname Control Panel?

In your easyname Control Panel, you can find the "Kündbar bis" (cancellable until) date in the management section of the respective Website Builder. To access the management section, click on "Websitebuilder"(1) in your easyname Control Panel and then on "Verwalten"(2) for the desired product.
