Where can I find the IP address of my web hosting package?

You need the IP address of your easyname web hosting package, for example, if you want to connect your domain to your web hosting via an A record. The steps vary depending on the system.

Find IP address in CloudPit

Log in to the CloudPit and open the desired web hosting package.

Click on Manage.

You will reach the overview of your web hosting package. The current IP address is displayed at the top in the header area next to the plan name. You can recognize it by the label IP address:.

Find IP address in Controlpanel

Log in to the Controlpanel and open Webhosting (1) → Data sheet (2).

In the data sheet, you will find the current IP address of your web hosting package under Server IPv4 address.
