Yes, you can manage your MySQL databases via phpMyAdmin. Access is provided through the database management of your web hosting package.

Note: The database password cannot be displayed afterward. If you no longer know the password, you can set a new password or possibly find it in your application's configuration file, e.g., in the wp-config.php for WordPress.
