  • Your account is not covered and your bank rejects the debit.
  • Your account has been closed

If a direct debit reversal occurs, the affected invoice becomes due again and you must pay it via bank transfer.

The affected invoice must be settled by bank transfer, even if a new direct debit is stored in the account.
