To add your bank account to your Cloudpit account, you must first log in Login | easyname. After you have logged in, first click on "Mein Cloudpit" at the top right to access the management overview of your account.

Then click on "Zahlungsdaten" (1) in the left menu and then on "Auf SEPA Lastschrift umstellen" (2).

In the following menu, enter the bank details of the bank account to be added. Here you also give us permission to debit the account for any costs incurred until the mandate is revoked.

After you have clicked on "Speichern", the desired IBAN will be stored in the account and will be used for the settlement of all future invoices.
To add your bank account in your easyname Controlpanel, you must first log in Login | easyname. After you have logged in, click on "Konto" (1) in the left menu and then on the submenu item "Lastschriften" (2). Here you then click on "Lastschrift anlegen" (3) so that you can enter the IBAN and the account holder to be added. Once you have entered the data, click on "Lastschrift anlegen und Bestätigung generieren" (4).

The confirmation form generated afterwards must still be signed by you, either by hand or with a valid digital signature, and you can then forward it to us by email at billing@easyname.com. Forwarding by post is also possible, but we recommend email communication as the forms will then be processed more quickly. If the form has been filled out and signed correctly, our support will confirm the SEPA mandate. You will then receive feedback by email accordingly.
