We offer automatic configuration in the Control Panel for all Apple devices as well as for Outlook.
To do this, you must first create a mailbox and an email address with us:

If you use Outlook, simply set up a new email account and enter only your email address and the password you set for the mailbox. If you do not know the email password, you can reset it at any time:

For iOS devices or macOS, you only need to open the following link in the Safari browser:
https://mailconfig.easyname.com/mobileconfig/test@easynametest.com
Important: Replace test@easynametest.com with your email address that you created with us.
If you use multiple email addresses for the same mailbox, you must also specify the mailbox name:
https://mailconfig.easyname.com/mobileconfig/test@easynametest.com/123456mail1
Important: Replace both the email address and the mailbox name here with your correct data.
Now follow the instructions on your screen. You will be asked if you want to install or download the profile. Confirm this and then enter your name and password.
Confirm all messages and allow the installation of the profile.
With newer iOS versions, it may be that you then go to Settings and find the menu item “Downloaded Profile.” From here, you can continue with the installation and setup.
