If you want to pay an invoice or top up your balance via bank transfer, please note the following points:
- After a bank transfer, it can take up to five business days for the payment to become visible in our booking system.
- Always provide either the invoice number (CloudPit) or the purpose of payment (Control Panel) when making a bank transfer.
- Both the invoice number and the purpose of payment are generated anew each time and should not be used multiple times, as otherwise the allocation in the booking system will take more time.
