Change Mailbox Size

It can happen that your mailbox becomes full or you generally need more storage space for your emails. At easyname, you can adjust the mailbox size at any time – either proactively or when the limit has already been reached.

Mailbox Size in CloudPit

1. In the customer account, select the desired web hosting package and click on [Manage] (1) or via [MORE ⏷] (2) → [Open Management].

   

2. Go to the menu [EMAILS] (3) → [E-MAIL ADDRESSES] (4).

3. Then click on [Edit Email Address] (5) for the desired email address.

   

4. Under "Email Storage Space," you can change the size of the mailbox.
5. Finally, save the changes.

Mailbox Size in Control Panel

1. Click on Web Hosting (1) in the menu.

2. Then select Email Mailboxes (2).

3. Click on Edit Email Mailbox (3) for the desired mailbox.

4. Under Mailbox Size, you can now set the desired size.

5. Save the changes.

Important Notes

• The maximum mailbox size depends on the booked web hosting package.

• If your mailbox is already full, no new emails can be delivered in the meantime. In this case, it is recommended to increase the mailbox size or delete old messages (including trash/spam).
