Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a DevOps Engineer in a small, growing team, you will have the opportunity to significantly shape the evolution of the company and our development teams towards DevOps practices and lay important foundations for the years to come.

This includes, among other things:

  • Setup and support of operating environments (Debian family)
  • Development of automated CI/CD pipelines, tools and scripts to support build, deployment and maintenance processes
  • Support for long-term infrastructure transformation in the direction of Kubernetes or internal consulting for teams that have already come into contact with Kubernetes.
  • Evaluation of new technologies and tools for the ongoing optimisation of processes

The ideal candidate:

  • Degree in computer science or IT-related studies or many years of comparable professional experience
  • Fluency in English (min. B1), both written and spoken
  • Routine in dealing with Docker and container technology
  • Sound knowledge in the following areas:
    • Linux operating systems and database administration
    • Virtualisation technologies
    • Configuration Management Tools and Infrastructure as Code Tools
    • At least one scripting language: Python, Bash, Perl
  • Curiosity about new technologies

The minimum salary offered is 50,000 gross per annum with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
