Fees charged even though I cancelled?

You have cancelled and were still charged fees? This can have the following reasons:

Not all products cancelled

Please compare the invoiced products with your cancellation: Did you perhaps not cancel all subscribed products in your easyname account?

Cancellation deadline exceeded

We did receive your cancellation, but the cancellation deadline had already passed at that time.
