How do I add Credits?

You can top-up your credit balance at any time in your Controlpanel by clicking on the menu item [Account] and selecting the option [Recharge Credits].

You can recharge any amount, but it'll be available either immediately or within 2-3 business days depending on the payment method you choose. Please note, that you'll not receive an Invoice by recharging your credit balance. You have to actually purchase or renew a product first with your credits.

When you recharge your credits, the following payment methods are available to you:

  • -EPS-Payment
  • -Bank Wire Transfer
  • -Direct Debit (SEPA)
  • -Credit Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB)
  • -SOFORTBanking
  • -PayPal

Please note, that some payment methods are only available from the EU area and therefore may not be visible in your Account.

Important: When you pay by bank wire transfer, it is necessary that the correct payment reference number is specified in the payment purpose, as this is the only way we can quickly assign your payment.

If you would rather setup an automatic payment, you can alternatively use a SEPA payment or a credit card debit.

You can set up the SEPA payment under the [Account] menu item by clicking [Direct Debits]. You can enter your bank account number there and you'll then receive a SEPA mandate, which will allow us to automatically withdraw from your bank account.

You can set up the direct debit for credit card payments at [Account] by clicking on [Credit cards] and just enter your credit card number there.
