There are several reasons why emails may be delayed or not delivered at all. In order to help you analyze and resolve errors, we need the mail header.
This contains extensive information about the email that is normally not visible. Depending on the email program you use, there are different ways to obtain this information.
Sign in to the easyname webmailer at https://webmail.easyname.com or https://webmail.wh20.easyname.systems and open the affected email.
Click on the three dots at the top right of the email and select "View Source" to view the entire email source including the header information.
It is not possible to directly display the mail header in Windows Mail. You can, however, save the message and forward it to us (see below).
Open Outlook and the concerned message. Click the "File" tab and then click "Properties". The headers will be displayed in the "Internet Headers" field.
Older versions of Outlook: Open the message, click "View" and select "Options...". The full headers will be displayed in a new window.
Open Thunderbird, select the message and click "View" in the menu (the 3 bars). Select the "Message Source" option. Alternatively, you can view the source text using the keyboard shortcut "CTRL+U" or "CMD+U" (Mac OS).
Start Apple Mail, select the email and click "View" - "Email" - "All Headers". The header details will be displayed. You can highlight and copy the header. If the header is not accessible this way, you can also send us the entire message as a *.eml file.
Log in to the easyname Webmailer and open the email in question. Click on the three dots in the top right and select "Export".
Select the email, click on the three dots in the detail view menu and select "Save as".
Open the message, click on "File" and select "Save as".
Right-click on the message and select "Save as".
Select the email, click on "File" - "Save as" or use the keyboard shortcut "SHIFT+CMD+S" to save the message.
