If you need our support directly on your device, please install TeamViewer QuickSupport for your respective device. All links listed here lead directly to the manufacturer and download the latest version of TeamViewer QuickSupport.
Once you have installed or opened the software, please have the displayed ID and password ready. You can then contact us by phone and a staff member will connect directly to your computer. Also, make sure that the indicator for the secure connection to the TeamViewer servers at the bottom of the program window is green, so that we can establish a connection.
Please note that after installation, TeamViewer QuickSupport still needs to be granted permissions for screen sharing. Depending on the platform, this will happen at different times.
Windows
Here, the TeamViewer session starts directly after entering the ID and password – no further steps are necessary on your part.

MacOS
After opening a newly installed TeamViewer QuickSupport app, a setup dialog will start to guide you through granting the necessary permissions. Simply click on the blue highlighted text "... configure" to be forwarded to the correct menu. Once all settings are correctly set, a green check mark will appear next to both items and the "Continue" button will become clickable. After that, the connection can be started by one of our technicians.



Both screen & system audio recording and accessibility features must be enabled, otherwise no TeamViewer session can be started.
iOS
On iOS, you also need to grant the app certain permissions so that it can connect to the TeamViewer server or to our technicians. Please note that due to a firmware restriction, remote control by us is not possible on all iOS devices, but we can provide you with guidance.

No separate authentication is necessary anymore, you just need to start screen sharing.
Android
On Android, you first need to allow the app to be displayed over other apps and to send notifications.

During the connection process, you must grant access to our technician once.

Linux
Open the TeamViewer QuickSupport app and then have the ID and password ready.

As soon as one of our technicians tries to connect to your device using the credentials mentioned above, you will be prompted to allow remote control. Allow this (1) and start the session by clicking the "Share" button (2).

TeamViewer is often useful for illustrating more complicated processes or to report a problem to us. Even if you have a specific question, for example about setting up your email client and are stuck, you are welcome to ask us for TeamViewer support.
