Your Role
As a contract clerk in our team, you will have a varied working day and an exciting range of tasks. According to our guiding principle "real service" you provide our customers with outstanding and personal support.
After a comprehensive training phase, you will be the first point of contact for our customers' enquiries and will take on the following tasks:
- Conducting written customer correspondence (tickets contract management)
- Telephone customer service
- Daily determination and execution of payment actions (submission of direct debits and processing of payments and returned direct debits)
- Processing of accounting procedures (collection, credit notes, invoice generation, OPOS, receivables management)
- Review and implementation of terminations
The ideal candidate:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship
- At least two years of professional experience in dealing with clients
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Very good oral and written expression skills
- Ability to work in a team

According to the collective agreement, the monthly gross salary is at least €2,540 gross/month in the standard level AT, and €3,075 gross/month in the experience level (both on a full-time basis). Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
