- You will analyse and classify incoming customer queries.
- You will work out solutions over the phone, by live chat or by email, offering assistance to our customers.
- You will communicate complex queries to our technical department and act as the go-between between customer and technician.
The ideal candidate:
- Good interpersonal skills, extremely competent as a communicator and able to work as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- A vocational degree and work experience in IT support
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (Slovak is a plus)
- Experience with Windows, hosting applications (email and FTP clients, etc.) and a variety of web applications (WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
- Familiarity with how to set up an Internet connection and keep it working (routers, DNS, IP, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux and programming is a plus (PHP, MySQL, etc.)
