Your Role
In line with our motto "Real Service", you provide our customers with outstanding and personal support. After a comprehensive training phase, you are the first point of contact for inquiries from our customers.
Your tasks include:
- Analyze and classify incoming customer inquiries
- independent development of a solution
- Support of our customers via telephone, ticket system and live chat
- Forwarding complex inquiries to the responsible technical teams
The ideal candidate:
- a customer-oriented mindset
- Reliability and punctuality
- the desire to find valuable and sustainable solutions
- Completed vocational training and experience in IT support
- perfect knowledge of German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
- Optional: Experience with Windows and applications such as email clients, FTP clients, etc., as well as various web applications (WordPress, Joomla, ...)
- Optional: Knowledge of the structure and functionality of the Internet (router, DNS, IP)
- Interest in Linux and / or script languages

For legal reasons, we must point out that a minimum salary of €2,223 (gross, per month) applies at the entry level. The overpayment depends on your qualifications and experience.
