What are name servers?

Name servers (DNS server) handle the information which domain name belongs to which IP address. Every time a site is visited on the Internet, a name server has to find the corresponding IP address of the server on which the homepage is hosted so that the computer can build up a direct connection to it.

easyname provides two name servers, which are set by default when you register or transfer a domain with us.

The name servers are always: ns1.easyname.eu and ns2.easyname.eu

If you want to add your Domain as an external Domain with us, you can use these Nameservers and forward them to your current Domain Registrar.
