Why have my services been deactivated?
If one or more of your services have been deactivated by our support team you receive a notification with more information in your easyname account e-mail address. The following can be, amongst others, reasons for a service deactivation: - Your website/CMS has been hacked (e.g. spamming from your website or malware on your webspace, phishing) - Your website creates an unusual high load on the webserver (e.g. too many hits, too many or complicated database queries) - You have more disk space in use than your hosting product allows - Your hosting product has expired and could not be renewed (e.g. credit card payment failed) - Fake account data was provided (e.g. made up street name)
